Vietnam has major noise problem
Karaoke, weddings, beer pubs are some of the places with the worst noise in Vietnam, VnExpress International readers complained.

If they were smart, go indoors, close the windows, turn down the volume, and sing all night. They show no respect for their children or neighbors. »
